Our journey began in March 2023. We were inspired by the desire to bring the authentic taste of Sev Usal to Canada because as barodians we were unable to find the same flavours we cherished back home! We decided to recreate and share this iconic dish with our community over here. What started as a humble weekend side hustle quickly became a passion-driven venture focused on integrity, authenticity, and customer satisfaction. With every dish we served, we stayed true to our flavours and values, aiming to provide an unforgettable experience. Within just six months, we proudly catered to 100-200 customers weekly and participated in our first public event in November, bringing smiles and a taste of home to every plate.

Our vision is to take Sev Usal from a local favourite to a global sensation. As we continue to serve authentic Gujarati cuisine in the GTA, we aspire to introduce Sev Usal to the world as a healthy, nutritious, and vegan-friendly delicacy. By providing you quality, innovation, and a family-driven approach, our aim is to bridge cultures through food and bring people closer with every bite!
